BBC refused permission to take the recent judgement to the Court of Appeal.
So Cliffy gets his compo plus lawyers fees paid up and at his age, he doesn't even have to pay for a licence any more. It's CONGRATULATIONS all round and a SUMMER HOLIDAY already paid for him and Gloria Hunnyford.
